1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Fynsight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by FYNSIGHT LLP (UEN: T26LL0593J), a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore with its registered office at 118 Tai Keng Gardens, Singapore 535399 ("we", "us", "our").

2. The Service

Fynsight provides e-commerce reconciliation tools that help sellers match marketplace payouts, fees, and orders. The Service processes data you upload (such as order and settlement reports) and produces reconciliation reports for your business use.

The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure accuracy, reconciliation outputs depend on the data you provide, and you remain responsible for verifying figures before making business or accounting decisions.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices, plan limits, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are governed by our money-back guarantee policy as displayed at the time of purchase. After the guarantee period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the data you provide, and that your use of marketplace data complies with the relevant marketplace's terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or resell the Service without our written consent.

7. Affiliate Programme

Participation in our affiliate programme is subject to the affiliate terms presented at affiliate signup, including commission rates, holdback periods, and payout thresholds shown in your affiliate dashboard. We may adjust programme terms with notice and may withhold commissions arising from fraudulent or self-referred transactions.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynsight shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our data-retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
